At this time, I do not work with medical insurance.
I am commited to work flexibly and openly to ensure that appointments are available and affordable to anyone who would like to work together.
Appointment fees are on a sliding scale basis.
I hope that this supports accessible care for you, and a sustainable medical practice for me.
You can decide what you are able to pay each time you visit.
I will ask you, prior to our appt., what you are able to pay and that is the amount I will invoice you for after our visit.
When possible, I ask you to pay within this range:
New patient visit (75-90 minutes): $120 - $165
Follow up visits (30-60 minutes): $65 - $110
If it is difficult for you to pay within this range, let me know, and I will adjust the fee.
If you are able to pay above the upper end, that will help support those with fewer financial resources.
Appointments:
This 2026 winter and spring, my appointment availability is less than usual as I complete clinical internships for psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner certification.

IN PERSON
Office visits are currently available by appointment in my Keene NH office.
ONLINE
TeleHealth online visits are easy, convenient, and comfortable. We can do it by video call or by phone if you prefer. When you schedule your appointment, I will send you a link to my virtual office. When you are ready for the appointment simply check in at that link, and I will open our session.
PLEASE NOTE: New patient medical cannabis consultations/certifications are in-person appointments. If coming to my office is very difficult for you, let me know.
DIRECTIONS:
Keene: In the MacMillan building - 17 Elm Street, Suite C-200. This is beside the Social Security office, behind the fire station.
My office is on the second floor. There is an elevator in this building for those who have trouble with stairs.
