Culinary Medicine - The art of food and cooking and the science of medicine.
Supplements - Assessing nutrient sufficiencies and deficiencies, and supplementing with skill.
Herbal Medicine - Enhancing mental and physical health with herbal teas, compresses, and extracts.
Hydrotherapy/Detoxification - Simple self care methods to support your body and brain as it detoxifies and clears your system of waste.
Exercise and Movement - Improving energy, sleep, mood, cognitive function, and reducing pain with a variety of physical activity.
Somatics and Bodywork - Learning to listen more closely to and interpret the messages of your body.
Breath - The restoring rhythm of breathing is a doorway into relaxation, improved focus and attention, and reduced depression and anxiety.
Spirituality - Science is showing us that we are ‘wired’ for a spiritual life, it is part of a natural healthy self. Nurturing this part of ourselves is good medicine.
