Grief support can allow us to be witnessed with compassion and care, help us understand and express our feelings, reduce isolation, learn ways to care for ourselves and others while grieving, integrate pain with love, and find meaning after loss.

Grief can underlie other mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, insomnia. We know that not all grief involves trauma. But all trauma involves grief.
